“I’d like to share some very positive feedback from my visit to Turtle Bay on the evening of 6th February. Our initial server, Samantha, was absolutely lovely, welcoming, attentive and made a great first impression that set the tone for the whole evening. Later on, Alex and Ruyhan also looked after us and they were just as fantastic. All three were friendly, professional and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. They worked seamlessly as a team, checked in at the right moments and made us feel relaxed and well looked after throughout our visit. Their positive energy and great service really enhanced our experience and are a credit to the restaurant. Please pass on our thanks and compliments to Samantha, Alex, and Ruyhan, they made our evening memorable and we’ll definitely be back. Kind regards, Amy & Ginny X”

“The waitress was extremely pleasant and helped to access the offer on my phone. She quickly took the orders and delivered the drinks. My wife had a chick pea mush for a starter and as the sea bass was not available she also so had main that consisted of a chick pea mush. She left most of it. My corn ribs was tasty but my small bowl of goat stew was very poor with two small pieces of tasteless meat that could have been anything. All in all except for the waitress it was a very poor experience that was not worth the cost even on the voucher. I would not recommend it to anyone.”

“Very disappointing experience at Turtle Bay. The service was extremely poor and I would not recommend this restaurant. We waited almost an hour for our main courses, the waitress was very rude, and staff didn’t even bother clearing dirty dishes from the table. No one checked in with us or asked if we wanted additional drinks. Overall, the lack of basic service and professionalism completely ruined the experience.”
