“** A V O I D ** DO NOT BOOK. They advertise the 'award winning 4*' in budapest then give you flights which cut a whole day off your stay. When you try to argue that fact, they offer you better flights - for the same date, but with a 2* hotel with horrific reviews. When i queried he said different hotels have different flight packages - but they were all with ryan air on the same date ‍♀️ When I said I would just take losing a day, he said 'oh sorry, theres no availability in the 4* for the dates you want' - but there was 20 minutes earlier when i first rang?! I told him I was not saying in the hotel with the awful reviews, so he offered me another hotel - for £178 more and further from the centre. I eventually agreed to pay the £178 because i couldnt cancel the wowcher and I was fed up of arguing with him. He then sent me a confirmation email - which stated underseat bag only - not even cabin bag - this was not mentioned to me. So i emailed stating this, he said he did tell me - but I recorded the whole conversation - he did not tell me - so we're also having to pay for luggage. You think youre getting a good deal but actually, it'll be cheaper to go to a reputable company for less hassle and piece of mind. What i thought was a good deal has actually cost me more than jet2. All asian men with poor english pronunciation who send you emails with British names such as 'adam' and 'james' *** A V O I D ***”
