“It arrived several weeks later from China. When I used it, it kept falling away from my back... even when tightened. It makes a loud noise when in use... so be prepared for that. When I complained I was told I would have to pay postage ( as I was informed by customer service IT WAS NOT FAULTY) which adds extra EXPENSE. Not a good buy and I will be binning it!”

“Very impressed with this massager. It's very sturdy and the massaging technique is quite intense which means you don't have to add pressure on this equipment to feel it's effects. The heated pads are great and positioned well. The only downside is that the straps can be a little fiddly to put on/,off. Great massager. Highly recommend.”
