“We purchased a deal from wowcher which promised us lunch and prosecco included in our deal. We didn't receive a glass of prosecco and when we came to order lunch, we were informed that we were only allowed up to £8 per person which wasn't stated anywhere in the terms and conditions. The only item on the menu that was £8 was soup. Again not mentioned anywhere in the booking, the full menu is listed on the deal on wowcher so its very misleading and has put me off using wowcher. The food we ordered was overpriced and not worth £22 for a burger and chips which was missing coleslaw as stated in the menu. We also ordered coffee we were given filtered coffee which was stated as unlimited which was luke warm and not enjoyable to drink. Its a shame as we were really looking forward to our day at ruthin castle, but improvements need to be made.”
