“This is a scam. I did not get any confirmation. Nor did I get any tickets or hotel bookings. They’ve taken my money I have called them multiple times. They keep retelling me someone will call in 2 hours or the next day. No one called. It’s been last my booking time and I still have not received any tickets or refund. I am so disappointed with WOWCHER as they have not been any help as well.”

“SCAM!!!! Do not fall for this BS unfortunately I have done that and I didnt receive the holiday and haven't received a refund. I received the booking confirmation and that is the only contact I had received despite me phoning and emailing a ton of times. (Still haven't heard anything from wowcher or travel agency) Please look at the reviews of travel crew first as I wish I did the same as this has happened to alot of people I am currently waiting on a reply from wowcher thats extremely difficult as ive been waiting for over a week for a response. Fortunately I had abit of savings so I could book the trip myself so I didn't have to break my 7 year old daughters heart and telling her that we have been scammed out of her Christmas present. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS”
