“It said it will auto redeem and send me a ticket , I’ve had no ticket just non stop e mails offering stuff I don’t want junking up my e mail address not the only thing I want ( the voucher )”

“It says it is being delivered but won’t track the order. Says redeemed so cant get code. Tried to get help but can’t seem to talk to anyone. Spent money and can’t seem to get the voucher”

“I am sure that this would have been a lovely day for the family I intended giving it to for Christmas, however Wowcher have not dealt with my issue with the voucher. I have not received any code to redeem but Wowcher keep telling me I have redeemed it. I don’t know how because I have never had any code to enter on the website to redeem it. I didn’t give giftee Information so I know it not them who have redeemed it. The customer service is extremely poor and I am going around in circles trying to explain things on the WhatsApp service. If only you could have a conversation with a person who could talk you through the process!! Feel absolutely Robbed by the whole situation! Still can access the voucher or give the family their gift. Steer clear of this offer and indeed Wowcher if you value your hard earned cash as it appears that they just steal it under the pretence of providing you with a gifting service. Use Virgin or Red letter or Buy a gift I have used all of these with no problem but Wowcher I have to say its a great big WoW for appalling customer service.”
