“Spa and treatment were amazing high tea was a little disappointing and so was fact that woucher had a hidden clause that meant we had to pay an extra £15 each on arrival which applies to Friday Saturday and Sunday, however these are the only days the hotel is open at moment until after the voucher runs out of date this put a dampener on our day as want expecting that”
