“What a lovely setting for this place ,fantastic views very very clean everywhere Staff very informative and friendly welcoming you everywhere Tony in resturant exceptional service and a jolly happy friendly staff person Will certainly be back only disappointment was love to swim and pool had to shut due to Ccident by child from swimming class and seeing we only had the 1 night and closed here for pool was only down side of stay I did understand safty of guest but pool looks so inviting”

“We paid for the evening meal which was very good, burger meal & curry meal. Breakfast- Eggs cooked freshly at breakfast - staff take your order for scrambled, poached or fried & then it is cooked to order Carol (I think) at breakfast was great, really friendly & informative & lots of smiles. Just very welcoming. Lovely customer communication skills. However, front of house (reception) was poor on departure. Lack of acknowledgement when room card handed in. There was no asking if I had enjoyed my stay. No Thankyou & no goodbye from the two staff. RUDE ! For a Wowcher deal it was very good value for money. Swimming Pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi pools were very good.”
