“The spa side was okay. But considering the hydrothermal pool wasn’t even working correctly. The hotel itself is poor. Dated, unhelpful staff and no consideration to customer service. Bar staff the only highlight to the hotel experience. Would never visit again.”

“Not actually stayed there yet. Due to stay shortly. Can't give a review as of yet but will state that i have contacted them by email twice but still not even had a reply to my query!! Very unprofessional”
