“When arrived was told that santa was fully booked and that we couldn't see him. However as ticket included santa was later told the three kids with me could. However it took far too long to see Santa, christmas show wasnt great. It took an hour and a half in total and due to this never made it on the train. Disappointed we didnt see any penguins in real life.”

“Queued for 1 hour and 45 minutes just for a 2 minute talk with Santa, which seemed awkward and rushed, to receive a small stuffed penguin for a 12 year old. No christmas atmosphere or small displays in the line which you often find at other venues. Was really disappointed with the experience.”
