“Very busy. Not enough locker space available and very busy inside the pool area made it not very relaxing. Smell of drains in change area. Feels like the deal was oversold and too many people in one area at a time. On the flip side, treatments were very nice. Overall felt rushed and not the relaxing experience that we wanted”

“Spa was very busy, and only a few loungers so not the most relaxing when nowhere to really sit. However facilities were good and treatments were amazing! Afternoon tea was also lovely.”
