“Please DO NOT bother purchasing this item. I made the stupid mistake of buying this for my son for Christmas. When I gave it to him on Christams morning he was so excited. But when we tried to work it....... NOTHING! It would appear that the control box has been glued to the inside of the stomach which most likely has seized the button to control it. I have tried contacting the company this was purchased from but have had no response. Wowcher are utterly useless and just palm it off to the sellers claiming to be a 3rd party. Im sorry wowcher but yes you are responsible! YOU ARE THE ONES SELLING THESE ITEMS!!! absolutely disgusting experience”

“The toy arrived with marks on and no tags so didn't look new - after testing it the noise was continuous so we removed a battery, when putting the battery back in it wouldn't work at all.”

“Came very late ,didn’t work tried everything to make it work . The internal seal wrapping bag was ready opened . Seems to been already sent back by previous buyer’s then resent out again from UK base . Then I have the merry-go-round with the agents end me this,send me that, send me a video that it doesnt work total scam keep away from these and Wowcher”

“This is utter rubbish! Took about 6 weeks to arrive, the quality is so poor it beggars belief! It doesn’t do anything that it advertises, I urge anyone thinking of buying this for your children/grandchildren to avoid, it’s not safe, wires loose, no on/off button. Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves for hosting this seller!”

“Even though this product works, it does not do what the description says! This plush only breaths and lights up. It does not sing the bluey theme tune or sings.the on/off button is not easy to find either, its on top of 1 leg. I am also having trouble with the seller , 1 minute they are offering me 10% refund for the inconvenience and then someone else is saying I need to send it back and pay postage myself! Not really happy with the customer service.”

“Do not buy this toy! What you receive is nothing like what is described. It plays a soft lullaby and breaths. It’s such poor quality that you can feel the massive plastic lump inside it. Contacted customer services to complain and explained that they have misled based on description. Poor response, not interested and only offer refund if I post it back even though it’s nothing like the advert. Save yourself the money and don’t buy it. It’s gone straight in the bin as I don’t trust they will refund even if I send back based on the response.”
