“Installing software can almost always prove to be difficult and so it proved here. Not helped by the whole process being progressed by email with a foreign (to UK) supplier. I'm sure that company is legit and they tried to be helpful and it could very well be that the installation was beyond my IT skills! needless to say this has been £15 wasted and maybe proved the adage that if somenthing seems to good to be true.....”
