“We visited on st Patrick's day to use our voucher. We were told we couldn't as public holidays aren't included. We didn't argue but looked at T&C's later. The only dates unavailable were Valentine's day and Mothers day. This was very disappointing as it cost an additional £50 to eat out that we weren't counting on and we purchased the voucher due to rising costs and this at the time seemed a good compromise to still enjoy a nice meal out. We did email the restaurant but received no reply nor acknowledgement.”
