“Sadly despite the view and very friendly service the meal was very poor quality we shall not be eating there again however for a drink on their balcony overlooking the peacegardens yes.”

“The venue is great...smart with a lovely view. The experience was a bit fawlty towerish. After handing my lunch voucher in...the waitress thought we were having an afternoon tea We had chosen what we would have from the menu on the voucher...but that wasn't available, we had to choose from a different menu. I ordered fish and chips, my husband a burger. After some time two fish and chips were delivered. He had to wait 10 mins for his burger by which time I had finished my meal. We both chose the sticky yorkshire sundae which was on the replacement menu...but were told they had no gingerbread...it was banana bread. The oddest sundae we've ever had, cake, ice cream and squirty cream, no sign of any actual fruit. The prosecco was very nice! Staff were pleasant enough but it was a bit farcical. I'm trying it again in a few weeks with friends this time. Hope the teething problems are sorted by then”
