“Very good experience. The kids loved it. Tasty vegetarian sandwiches and scones however more than 1 kind of tea should be offered and it could have been served hotter.”

“I purchased this experience for one of my daughters’ 30th birthday, and attended with both of my daughters. The moment we stepped into the hotel, the wonderful Hamid came to greet us. What a lovely chap he is—so friendly and welcoming! He took us down to the room where we were having our afternoon tea and vibrantly chatted to us about the experience along the way telling us that it was the most popular afternoon tea as they also do several others. From there, the serving staff took over, and they were absolutely faultless. The whole experience has been so thoughtfully put together, and the setting—complete with special little ‘magical’ touches—made it truly amazing. I won’t give too much away, but we definitely said “wow” more than once. The tea selection and food were fantastic. In fact, you will not leave hungry—there was so much that we couldn’t finish it all, and we left with several carry boxes and bags they provided. The toilets, like everything else, were impeccably clean and quirky too. When we left, we bumped into Hamid again outside. He asked if we had visited the roof garden and insisted we couldn’t leave without seeing it. Of course, we had to! He made sure we got into the correct lift and sent us up to the top. The roof garden is another wonderful space, with views over London and glass structures you can sit inside. They’re heated, and there are soft, sheepskin‑style (not real) rugs to keep you warm. We will definitely return to enjoy this again and might even come and stay in the hotel too. We met Hamid again when we came down and thanked him as he had just made everything so spot on for us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in an amazing venue—made extra special by Hamid!”

“The food was lovely, staff were nice but it was very rush rush.. we sat down ,given a torch to look at our menus then within minutes they wanted the menu and torch back...for an adult it's not an issue but the children were having fun with it but they said they didn't have enough for us to hold onto for any longer.Potion drink was lovely , dry ice part always great for the children. We did have to ask for missing wands.”

“A really lovely and fun experience and staff were delightful. Our only downsides were not enough of the savoury sandwiches and I was a bit confused about what the adult one involved and some things on the menu never appeared for me but did for my son. Still really magical and such a fun concept.”
