“Excellent hotel , staff all super friendly, in a great location near to loads of shops and also at theatre, where we seen a great show . Food lovely . Will definitely return !”

“Hotel is nice but rooms could do with a refurbishment. Reception staff were asked to phone a taxi but failed to let me know that they “couldn’t get through” but when I lifted the direct dial telephone in reception, it was answered right away. Left us late for our reservation. Bar staff ignored one of our party even though she was the only person at the bar but the served new customers when they arrived. Breakfast was good - nice selection. Room service staff friendly and helpful. Just a shame that all the staff have not been through the same training! Leisure centre seemed a bit grubby - needs a few loungers for people to relax on.”
