“Very nice comfortable clean hotel friendly staff. Conveniently situated. We ate at the Hudson restaurant which was very nice. Only one tiny negative view from window not good.”

“The hotel will not honour this voucher as it wants £150 extra to stay there as it does not work with you any longer and won’t refund my money. I have contacted Wowcher and can’t get my money back unless I go onto an app which sounds particularly dubious!”

“Had a lovely although when I tried to book for a Saturday I was told I would have to pay an extra £50 for staying on a Saturday. I did state that there is nowhere on the voucher stating this, it only said you couldn’t book a Saturday if Newcastle football team was playing at home. So I think this NEEDS to be stated on the voucher before buying it”
