“Screws were not long enough to pass through the wood let alone to the other side to secure the seat to the frame. Two burn marks in fabric when there should only be one for the screw hole. One partially covered by the frame but the other is visible. I ordered two chairs thinking it would be one delivery charge. But no two charges for delivery by the Sam’s courier on the same van on the same day. Nearly £30 for delivery.”

“These chairs are just such a bargain! I really didn't expect much for the price to be truthful. I thought they would look nice for showing off our house to be sold and so it didn't matter to much if they were not comfortable or a bit fragile. However, they are amazing. Very comfortable, with some sort of memory foam I think. The width of the seat fits my husband and the height of the back is perfect. Easy to put together and material on the seat looks extremely hard wearing and is very attractive. Teamed with an amazing cushion, one on each side of the bay, they look amazing. Only downside is the covers cannot be removed for washing. Love, love, love them and the price is absolutely amazing. Don't hesitate to buy one if a comfortable and stylish chair is what you are after.”
