“I bought this offer. I had a problem receiving the order and Wowcher haven’t helped at all. I got to speak with their AI customer services on WhatsApp. A total disgrace and no help at all. I’ve contacted the supplier who promised me my money back and has since ignored me. I paid through Klarna I’ve sent them all of the evidence so I hope I receive my cash back. I’ll repeat Wowcher have no customer services. A disgrace.”

“Non UK account was supplied. My first username password locked me out within a week, you cannot change the details and my account was based is Egypt so I got a lot of Egyptian advertising etc. I was sent new details and my account is now based in India, I have managed to change the email address but not the username or password or location.”

“Absolute rubbish. The playlist is all Egyptian music its somebodys account, cant even change the password. Avoid at all costs. I bought this & wish i didnt. I will not use this total waste of money. Wowcher should not sell this.”

“Lasted a week before having issues logging on to Spotify. Followed all the instructions sent when redeeming the Wowcher. Sent a request for a refund and got a less than helpful reply saying it would be looked in to - still no update”
