“Well overpriced food and drink rooms very basic when you are paying £12 for a cocktail out of a bottle you no it’s bad positive the spa is nice pool needs an upgrade 5 star prices with a 2 star service not recommend”

“We just checked in and are already extremely disappointed with our stay. We booked this 4* spa hotel hoping for a relaxing, quiet weekend, but it’s been anything but. The spa facilities were very unclean, towels left everywhere in the changing rooms, kids running around with no supervision, and no staff visible to maintain order or cleanliness. To make things worse, a baby was sick in the pool, and no one informed the staff. I had to go and report it myself. Eventually, the staff came and closed the pool, meaning we can’t even use the facilities we specifically came for. Really poor start to our stay , not the peaceful spa experience we expected at all.”

“Hotel is beautiful rooms are very spacious and clean, spa treatments were amazing staff were lovely. Pool area was clean only thing I would say is could be doing with more loungers around the pool as we couldn’t get one, but would definitely recommend and will be returning.”
