After 3 weeks after purchase, I am yet to receive the correct goods as ordered even though I paid in full. I have contacted the merchant and the Wowcher customer service team. The merchant just isn’t replying. The Woucher customer service team have still not resolved the issue, or provided me with clear next steps to resolve. I am very disappointed with the support provided so far by Woucher to help their customer get the item they paid from from their merchant.

We were sent the wrong size, and was dirty on the corners. Cover opening not finished well. Have tried yo resolve with no luck yet.

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. My worst experience on wowcher. This seller never made contact even when it missed the delivery date. I messaged them 4 times only to be ignored. When I received the item , I signed for ( in the street ) took it up to my apartment, unrolled the package and to my astonishment it was ridiculously awful. I photographed it. Sent a message and accompanying pictures asking for a total refund. Only once again to be ignored. I will include pictures of the item. My advice to any would be customer, not to be tempted to buy. Stay well clear if this company. Totally untrustworthy. Product not fit for purpose. .
