“AVOID! I a 9-10 yr old dress on 20 February 2026 as a birthday present for a little girl … At least I thought I did. What I actually bought was a voucher to then redeem on the seller’s website for the dress … frustrating but did this on 20 February 2026. Received email confirmation of both the purchase and voucher redemption, with email and account purchase stating that the order would arrive by 4 March 2026. 4 March 2026 comes and goes and no dress! There’s no way to get in touch with anyone at Wowcher but managed to contact the seller. Multiple emails back and forth with them only providing tracking details … the dress was being shipped from China and the tracking didn’t work. I have no issues buying from China but this was not notified to me at any point, and certainly not on the product listing. Emails continued back and forth as the tracking they provided didn’t work. They then provided me with the tracking number for the U.K. delivery company, Yodel … need I say more! Eventually, after three and a half weeks the dress arrives. Yodel delivered it in their normal, disrespectful way, throwing it over the garden fence without leaving a note through the door so it was left outside in the rain for more than 24hrs before I realised it was there. I opened the parcel to check everything was still ok and after all of this the dress is a size too small, an 8-9yr old instead of a 9-10yr old. I contacted the seller again explaining this and they said according to their conversions from Chinese dress sizes to U.K. dress sizes it was correct. Their dress size conversion is incorrect and I asked to return the dress for a refund as it will never fit a 9-10 yr old. I was advised that I could return the dress in exchange for another size but I had to pay return postage. I’ve had to order a dress from Amazon, which arrived next day, as there was absolutely no way that I could return the dress for an exchange and still receive it in time for the little girl’s birthday. I am incredibly disappointed with the dress and the very poor service received from this seller. I would have been better off buying from Temu as it would’ve arrived in time!”

“BEWARE!!!Misleading estimated delivery date of within 5 days was stated when I placed my order. 3 weeks later it was still not delivered. Seller, who turned out to be in China, and Wowcher who i placed the order with, refused to cancel and fully refund after I asked several times as the time my daughter needed the dress has since passed.”

“Still haven't received it, it's a birthday gift for my daughters. I have paid almost £22 for quick delivery and it is well past it's delivery date. And on top of that Wowcher don't even take any responsibility, they just tell you to contact seller. Very poor service and the last time I order from Wowcher.”

“The outfit itself was good, just what you expect from a child’s costume. The company providing it on the other hand SHOCKING! I brought this as a birthday present the birthday was on the 11th of January, they said it would arrive on the 7th and it was delivered on the 15th after multiple messages to the company providing it. I will not be using them again!”
