“From checking in till leaving the staff had no respect not bothered about helping with our issues We didn't receive our Prosecco Waited nearly 2 hours to receive our food Breakfast was very disappointing We complained twice to staff and reception. Management was supposed to see us at checkout but was no management to speak to and was told off staff well I'm just a receptionist. Very disappointed with this experience and wouldn't recommend anyone doing this experience”

“Unfortunately the bottle of proseco wasn't delivered to our room until 11.30p.m too late to enjoy it There was no cork so had to leave the majority of it in the room Everything else very good would use again”
