“Went to the malaise in deansgate, service was very slow, had to track a member of staff down to ask for more drinks and then the drinks car after we’d almost finished our meal. When it came to paying the bill I had to point out they hadn’t put a bottle of wine on our bill. Not the usual malmaison experience we are used to. The two courses went explained to us either. Left quite disappointed as it was a Christmas present”
