“An absolute scam. Waiting for wowcher to issue a refund as apparently the company that books the holidays has informed wowcher to refund me. We’ll see if I ever see my money again. If not I’ll be going through small claims court. Not OK! Spend more money and actually get a holiday because this is absolute fraud!”

“Don't ever use Wowcher to book a holiday!!!!!! Their customer service is non existent!! I have used their WhatsApp, emailed them and messaged on instagram. Barely heard anything back but when I finally got hold of them, they said someone will contact me with 24hours, that passes, I then cased them again for them to keep saying someone will be in contact in 24 hours! It's absolutely shocking and not what I would expect. Even the company they use for the holidays are useless, they kept hanging up on me, I struggled to find out where I was even flying from, tried to make us depart and arrive to two different airports, can't have the hotel we chose, and have conned yet more money off of us! Started to think it's all a SCAM! I have started to process of legal action to get my case sorted. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME ON THEM! I cannot express this enough!!!”
