“Ordered an XL coat, item turned up and was very undersized. The XL coat doesn't fit a 12 year old boy so pretty useless. Tried to contact the vendor but no reply so I would advise against buying this coat”

Good morning If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. “I really do try to see the positive in items and will do my best to give an honest review. This coat was terrible! The sizing was completely wrong. 4 inches too short on the arm and the body was 2 inches above my belly button! The coat looks substantial in the pictures however the inner part of the jacket is literally zipped on to give the collar a fuller look. Returning has also been an issue with two addresses given and being forced to pay double postage! Do yourself a favour and scroll past”

“Coats are good, but the sizes are wrong i am a 2xl at worst and even the 4xxxl dont fit i would order a 5xxxl but dont seem able too. They are a nice stylish jacket tho”
