“Lovely stay in the woodland cabin, peaceful. and cosy. Lovely atmosphere at the bar. Everybody is so friendly. Food were ok steak/cod unavailable on the menu, very fast service, staff were brilliant and couldn’t be anymore helpful. Joel and Brandon were amazing running around keeping all guests happy - lovely guy, they deserve a pay rise!! They worked as a team helping each other out and it didn’t go unnoticed. Receptionist was lovely - very helpful. The spa was nice and relaxing, no complaints, there was a guy cleaning round before we arrived. The lake looks a little run down as you look out of the restaurant but with it been winter it is expected. Lovely stay - would stay again.”

“this hotel/lodge was filthy and the spa was disgustingly dirty the hot tubs were cold they ran out of slippers and food in the restaurant there was only 6 of us in there the room was mucky and mouldy just so run down and staff were rude especially the manager the only thing good about it was the lovely ladies on reception one was pregnant and the other lady with dark hair you are waisted there and were so nice and kind”
