The parcel was lost, but when it finally turned up with a battered and torn box, the mask was a huge disappointment. It was very uncomfortable and dug into my face. It left deep indent,s and I could only stand having it on for a few minutes. I am returning it.

When it arrived box was broken and it didn't work. Customer service was shockingly slow. Was originally ordered as a Christmas present. Replacement was refused as they tried to deliver it on 30th December. I had already purchased a different one.
