“Nothing special. The hotel rooms are okay but everything else was a bit meh. The staff are friendly enough but they don't actually know what anything includes when asked and they just said to "ask someone else tomorrow" etc which is a bit weird. One staff member would tell you one thing but another would give conflicting information, this is on every department including restaurant, spa and reception.”

“Arrival was great staff amazing, our room was not up to par with stains etc, not clean enough for us, but spoke to reception who immediately gave us a new room which was bigger and very clean!! Restaurant was great, including staff, didn't use spa as booked. Sauna and steam good, wished was bigger but but fine. The only issue is the lockers, should really be free as a paying guest in the hotel. I'm happy to give 4 stars, due to the staff. We would go there again if updates were made to the rooms as dated.”
