If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. The advertised delivery period can be located on the bottom of your voucher, having checked your order I can see that your order is still within the designated delivery period. “Quick delivery, although I emailed on the Monday to get some clarification if when it will be dispatched and didnt get a response. They only have an email address, however it did come the next day. Unfortunately, the laptop battery drained quicker than expected and the laptop went black at 56% battery. I get it is an older processor but the internet was very very slow and videos lagged because you can’t update google chrome browser. I had this exact laptop in 2011 bought brand new and looked forward to using it again but I have to say it did disappoint. I have sent it back and it was received 3 days ago but I have not yet had any update on when my refund will be processed. I have requested the item is not repaired or replaced.”
