“Firstly, as we were arriving the apartment receptionist was leaving for the day. We have not checked in he just gave us our room key, showed us to our room and explained the distal lock to the front door was on the back of the key ring. I asked him what we would have done if we arrived 5 minutes later, he said you would have to ring me. Not sure how we would have done that as we did not know his phone number or the code to get in the building. Secondly, we specifically requested a twin room and after a long day travelling it was disappointing to see we had a double bed with two separate single quilts. This is false advertising. You also gave us a superior room, if his is superior I would question what the basic rooms are like. I could not raise this issue with the receptionist as he had left the building. This error resulted in me sleeping on the settee. Thirdly there was no mention of having to pay extra €3 for a towel change, which I think should be clearly mentioned in the description of the hotel facilities. Fourthly, when we returned from our evening meal, we could not get in because the code on the back of our key ring would not open the front door. There were a number of apartment guest who were outside and unable to enter the building. We finally were able to attract the night porters attention who finally let us in.”

“Everything was good and fine however this is the 2nd trip via wowcher and there is a bit of false advertising because the price you pay for is the most inconvenient flights so you will always have to pay about 200 pounds more for reasonable flight timings”
