“This hotel isn’t clean, very outdated, the picturesque idea of a quaint Scottish retreat is noticeable in the public seating areas and lovely but the rooms and hallways to the rooms are very dirty badly needing painted wouldn’t recommend if your looking for nice views from your room doesn’t happen we were told it would have a Mountain View but we looked on to the roofs of buildings if you looked way in the distance you might see the top of a mountain, outside is more updated with charging stations for electric cars but inside there’s no sockets near the beds etc”

“Had a wonderful two night break. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa and Leisure facilities excellent. Really enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Massage was great. Room was large and clean.Will certainly be back.”
