“Didn't receive the bikes. Ordered 2, redeemed the vouchers. Paid for two separate shipping charges. The delivery day came and went. The next day I sent an email directly to the distributor,had no reply. So I left a review on trust pilot which Wowcher responded to stating they had sent an email to the distributor and I should give it 3 days for them to reply. Didn't hear nothing, Wowcher never replied when I informed them I have had no contact. Had to go to my bank in the end to get my money back.”
