“Ordered a extra large heated winged, timer with cover, received standard basic one, wowcher and 3rd party merchant not interested in my complaint or changing heater, woud never use wowcher or associated 3rd party firms ever again, woud never ever recommend them to absolutely anyone, disgraceful, shameful customer services”

“Airer arrived very quickly and packaged well in a big box. It comes with basic instructions and was easy to set up. I ordered airer without the cover. The airer is flimsy. The airer doesn't dry clothes quickly. Clothes need turning & positioning frequently. It took about 1 day to dry clothes adequately. Heavier clothes will take longer to dry.”

“Still waiting for the item. It was delivered but delivery man left on my doorstep along with another item in full view of people walking by. Not in my safe place. Both items had gone. Contacted Wowcher who said to contact the supplier. Contacted the supplier 5 days ago. Still waiting for a reply. Very disappointed as this was a gift for someone. Come on Wowcher step in and help please.”
