“Paid for the bed and delivery and merchant never delivered or evan responded. Their email also does not work including phone number. Three weeks later wowcher gave my refund. Do not buy from cuddly bed”

Dear customer Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. Due to no response from merchant, refund has been processed to wowcher wallet, Credit is valid for 6 months When you next go to make an order, if applicable there will be a tick box that prompts you to use my credit for this purchase underneath the order summary. Once this box is ticked, the order total will refresh, taking your credit off the total amount. You then process the order as you usually would and the credit will be used. Please note for security purposes you will still need to enter a payment method â you will not be charged if you have enough credit to cover the cost of the order. (If there is no option to tick the box then unfortunately the deal in question does not accept credit as payment) Many Thanks Wowcher Team
