“I paid for the phone 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it I’m not happy at all and I’ve messaged the seller a few times and got no response back, I’ve asked for a refund and I’ve been told by wowcher I’ve got to wait 72hrs because they have also messaged the seller, they’ve not responded in 6 weeks so I doubt they will in 72hrs, I just want my refund back now..”

“Good evening and a great weekend to you guys. I am sorry, that I cannot give a review, for an item that was not delivered as promised on the 08/10/25. I was off work on the day but did not get a delivery, a message to give the reason why there was and still is no delivry of the ordered phone: though the money has been debited from my account. Thank you very much. Please when will this phone be delivered, since I never got the ordered phone as agreed? Thank you. I await your reply. Thank you once again.”

“I still have not received my phone. Three weeks after ordering it. The service provided has been terrible and I will be telling everybody I come into contact with that wowcher is NOT the place to shop.”
