“Didn't get on this tour as the instructions were misleading on how to book this, as I have "redeemed" (even though there was no optionor information to book onto the trip after clickibg redeem) woucher are refusing to refund, infact they are just sending me an automated WhatsApp daily which is frustrating.. I really would think twice about using this company to buy or using them to trade as they are happy to take your money but not giving you the service you pay for and the after sales support. So at the moment £95 out of pocket and no longer in London to use this.”

“Initially the experience was good as we got a seat upstairs and was on the bus for over an hour asndue to traffic along embankment. however once you then get off explore a little bit and try to board a new buses in the busier part of the day there are no seats and worse then a rush hour bus in terms of standing. If you do blue route then red route and switch for some part it overlaps and u end up feeling like you are going around in circles. If you dont have headphones in you may miss a stop as there are no other announcements to let you know you are at a bus stop (not always obvious when in traffic). I would say stick to getting a few normal tfl buses it's cheaper especially given you dknt pay for children and stops are more frequent given evenn mote flexibility. In terms of the boat ride we had over an hour wait for our boat which I feel is far too long also given nothing is a timed slot it literally luck on the draw in terms of how many people board buses and the boat at the same time as you.”

“It was a lovely day .. but due to protests in London the route was diverted .. so difficult to know where we were. And follow with the headset We had a few issues finding the stops .. but we worked it out River cruise was fun.”

“Waited over an hour for a bus as we got kicked off ( the bus had too many pushchairs) so our first impressions were not great. After we did manage to get a seat, it was great just sitting and touring for over 2 hours.”
