“Emailed to ask when my attraction tickets would arrive as they hadn’t come in the 48 hour window to be informed that my booking was never booked despite confirmation email from team a month ago, so we haven’t gone and lost out on £50 travel due to late cancellation and very disappointed family member as this was a birthday gift. very poor experience using OMG hotels and nervous to use them again. We appreciate it’s a busy time of year and things are forgotten but to find out only from emailing to chase attraction tickets is not good enough.”
