“Had a fairly good one night stay at McKays Hotel. Room was on the top floor of the hotel and felt a little cramped, but had a nice view. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. So hard and lumpy that I still had a sore neck almost a week later. The breakfast was ‘help yourself’ and delicious. We ate in the restaurant on the evening of our stay, again food was lovely, but expensive for what it was. Alcoholic drinks very expensive.”

“Lovely hotel rooms and hotel itself area is nice to walk around and a few hidden gems like black spout waterfall and surrounding areas are amazing even if it is a mission of a drive when sight seeing as all country roads but I will be back up that way sometime soon”

“Great value deal in a superb, comfortable hotel. Pitlochry is quite an expensive tourist destination but McKays offer down to earth service and relatively reasonable prices in both the bar and restaurant. Front desk staff are especially friendly, professional and helpful.”

“We upgraded to a superior room for the king size bed the room was warm and clean and a good size with a large bathroom , there was a great choice for breakfast and good portions Staff are very helpful and friendly We will definitely be going back”
