Good morning Thank you for contacting us. If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Charged it but it won't work! Asked my daughter to help: she charged it up and it still didn't work. Asked for a replacement as I didn't really get the chance to see how a working NoNo might work...

Nono hair removal device arrived with a damaged display, and dispite sending a message to the seller as requested and then wait for three working days 72hrs, I've now waited 5 working days 120hrs, and still no response. First and the last time buying from from wowcher.

Waste of money. It's useless. Doesn't work as advertised at all and poor quality. I emailed the company who distributes it asking how I go about returning and getting a refund and they haven't got back to me. This feels like a scam. Not fault of Wowcher however all I got given was an email of the distributor and nothing more. Very disappointed. AVOID!

Instructions state do not remove casing mine came off when I took out the packaging. Charger pin is also squint so won’t be able to charge. Emailed for return/ refund 3 days ago still awaiting reply
