“The flight times on a 3 day trip are a huge con. Evening flight on day 1, very early morning flight on day 3 - wow 1 whole day in Vienna whilst paying for 3, no the offer isn’t that good of an offer when you get into it!!! … why bother with these trips! We had our hopes up! After all we were paying more than the Ryanair flight prices ar first & then ended up paying more money person to give us longer time in Vienna, well 3 days we had payed for and as a further insult to us we were given an awful hotel, changed without consulting us due to the flight change. Whilst another deal at a 4 star hotel was being offered at £100 less than what we had now paid. I asked for the hotel to be refunded, as the reviews were appalling online. obviously this came back as a measly refund less than 1 nights stay at a hotel and I have now paid a whole lot more booking a 3 star hotel. I Wish I had just booked my own trip and flight for a great price and a hotel at a reasonable price. Wowcher get your business together! Don’t disappoint people on a trip of their dreams, Christmas market on my wish list with 4 children my time is precious . Jus a rip off!”
