“Couldn’t make the date I had booked as one of the party who was on the booking sadly passed away and I left messages and also emails for someone to contact me to change the date but nobody contacted me. I’m still waiting for contact so I can hopefully change the date. Asked Wowcher for their help but they said it wasn’t possible due to already booking with Henrietta House. All very disappointing!!!”

“The hotel was amazing as close as can be to the centre , breakfast was delicious, the only downside is the parking !! No help given from hotel plus I’m a blue badge holder with a broken foot . Wasn’t allowed to park at hotel even though was space ,had to park down the road for £6.80 2 hours then find alternative parking which was 8 min drive away but obviously I had to walk back ..”

“We had an issue with the hot water in the shower, where i could not turn the temperature down, was told it was stiff and to use a towel. Which is not safe as the water was scalding hot. No prosecco waiting in the room when it should have been, only one bedside drawer for all our clothing and 3 hangers for 2 people on a 2 night stay and no wardrobe. Very poor substandard dusty room along with substandard customer service.”

“Beautifully furnished hotel and rooms. A few little niggly things. No mirror in the bedroom. Fridge not cold and blowing out warm air. Reported to reception but nothing done about it. Had to send breakfast back as cold and dried up. Expensive at £18.00 pp. Other than that, a pleasant stay.”
