“Do not get conned into buying this through Wowcher. I stupidly didn’t look into this before buying as trusted Wowcher would deal with decent trustworthy companies. Wowcher and Cloud 9 have both been appalling in communication. Within a week of no communication and supposedly delivering the bed, I tried cancelling this . I’ve had no end of problems with both companies, both passing the issue to the other. I am still fighting to get this cancelled and refunded. Please read others reviews on this company - I wish I had!”
