“If I could leave no stars I would. The place was dirty door handle to bathroom came off carpets dirty plus all the doors to our room plus the the staircase. Silver fish in shower didn't use the spa because of state of room definitely not 4 or even 3 * no shower caps or even biscuits insects over window sill. If we hadn't had such a long drive wouldn't have stayed there did ring reception to say about the door handle be we saw other things but nothing was done complain the next morning the manager told me he would email me that afternoon but even now not had any emails. Wipe your feet on the way out.”

“From arriving to checking out we found reception, kitchen and bar staff to be polite, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for. all in all a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.”

“Cheap deal, good deal, easy to choose options. Confirming the booking/booking with the hotel has not been the best process, as I am still unsure if I have booked it properly when i ordered this a week ago.”

“We had a short break here with our child. Very welcoming and beautiful grounds to explore. Dinner on the terrace was just what we needed on such a hot day and even though the room didn’t have air con, open windows and a fan worked just fine. We didn’t use the spa. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and thanks to Caroline for making us so welcome, lovely stay.”
