I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the product you have received. This was advertised as a mystery deal and a list of the available products were provided in the original advertisement along with the RRP. You were then allocated an item by random selection. If you wish to return your purchase it must be in the same condition that it was delivered and the box must be unopened, Many Thanks, Wowcher.

Thank you for contacting us, Providing it is within 14 days of receipt - If you don't like the item you have received and haven't opened it from it's original packaging, you can return it to the merchant for a refund. Please note returning for an exchange is unfortunately not possible for Mystery Deal products.

“I recieved a make-up pallet and brushes, which is also for sale on ebay the price of the pallet is three pound odds and the brushes around £4 odds. If I ever wanted to buy cheap makeup I could without being kidded this is a great wowcher deal. The company have given it a price of £14.99 in the drop down list of things you could recieve ? Would any adult out there buy a three pound odd eyeshadow and put it on their face? I doubt it, I would say this product is for kids dressing up. I expect a full rfund and postage as this is mis-selling.”
