“Received 19th July after item disappeared for a while -I paid for an 8 July delivery and am awaiting a refund for this. It looks like it has been dropped as scuff mark on base and outer casing slightly warped but seems to be working ok although I’ve only used it on fan mode so far. Other than that it’s a relatively good buy for the price”
