“Unfortunately we have never received the 2 tablets which we bought yet. Firstly I hadn't realised I needed to redeem vouchers but when I did it said they would be delivered on or before 6th October. Now I'm not sure what's happening, I'm totally confused, I was told I needed to give it 14 days so they would be coming by 14th but today I received emails to say I was receiving refund into my Wowcher wallet which is absolutely no good to me. I've spent £100 altogether and need to have the refund to purchase them elsewhere.”

“The reason I have given a 1 star very poor response is because I am still waiting for the above Item to be delivered. On Tracking the item I was informed that it would be delivered on or before 30/09/25, well I'm still waiting.”

“Had loads of issues with wowcher, wasn’t told of the £9.99 delivery charge supposed to be delivered on or by 26th September. Then got told by 2nd October still didn’t arrive now told 8th October. This was for my grandsons 8th birthday on the 30th September. So still not received it. No help what so ever from wowcher and then they send me a message asking for feedback on an item I haven’t even received. Terrible service do yourselves a favour don’t purchase off these very unhelpful people, absolute no customer service disgraceful. Can’t take a photo of item as I don’t have it”
