“Very comfortable rooms and decent breakfast. Hotel gives the impression of being in process of completion as, at present, there is no evening meal service. however, the hotel is in the perfect position, alongside the river and just a stroll away from the lovely town of St Ives. free parking on site is also a plus point so, overall, an enjoyable stay and well worth the price.”

“We loved the location of this hotel right in the edge of town. Everything was 1 minute walk. Bedrooms very tidy and clean, could do with bigger curtains. Very comfortable. Breakfast was awful (sorry) cold and tasteless. But many do breakfast within a minute walk. Bar had run out of a lot of drinks but as I said bars in abundance 1 minute walk. It will not stop us from staying again. Hopefully after reverb they will improve. Sitting outside by the river was lovely. Staff amazing and can’t remember his name but he seemed to have many hats on, he was everywhere and a credit to the hotel.”

“This is a fantastic hotel to stay for visiting St Ives. The centre is literally minutes away by foot. The hotel is having work done on the restaurant and maybe elsewhere, not sure. The hotel was ok (3+) for the money, no complaints. The male receptionist and staff we saw were very friendly and jolly, 5* for that. We had B&B, it was ok, all you needed really. The bottle of proseco we were supposed to get with our deal did not happen. We asked when we found it wasn't in the room and was told that wowcher had advised to give it on departure. That didn't happen either, so the deal wasn't fully met. We would go back on the same deal or better as St Ives was a quaint place to visit and the hotel was not awful.”

“I enjoy this hotel becasue it is on the river & so peacefull. Breakfast is lovely & fresh but the toasters take forever so plate your food up once toast is done lol. Just a shame they don't cook meals.”

“Hotel is a stones throw from St Ives town where there are shops, pubs and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and presentable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely look to re-visit in the future.”

“Wonderful stay overall. Location was amazing and only a short walk from the town. Facilites were basic but very clean which is the most imporatant thing for us. Breakfast was perfect and staff very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be back - such good value whilst using Wowcher :)”
