“I have not received my charger, this company general electrics r us are scammers. How do I get my money back.”

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. “I can't review it as I have not received it. I have e mailed the company and despite them saying they would check my issue they have not bothered to get back to me so I'm unsure if it's a scam or not.”

“Easy to understand and use, looks well constructed but the plug gets quite warm when in use. I suppose that's inevitable as it's rated at 16 amps and the plug at 13 amps. May have been better to down rate it to the limits of the plug.”
